How it works
The support process
Applications are made through referral partners so the Trust has the information it needs to review each request carefully.
Speak to someone supporting you
Contact an approved agency or professional who knows your situation and can discuss the support you need.
They submit a referral
The referral partner completes the application and provides the information needed by the Trust.
The request is reviewed
The Trust considers the application, the need being described and whether support can be provided.
Support is arranged
If approved, practical help may be provided towards the essential item or need requested.
Referral options
Who can help you apply?
If you need support, please speak to a local agency, charity, social worker, health visitor, midwife, housing officer, tenant support officer or another professional already working with you.
They will be able to advise whether a referral to Stowmarket Relief Trust is suitable and can submit an application on your behalf.
